We are both celebrating a legacy and welcoming a new era at our firm.

After more than 30 years of advocacy and leadership, Scott White, the founder of our firm, is retiring from day-to-day practice. Scott established White & Associates in 1997 with a vision for compassionate, principled, and client-centered advocacy. Over the years, he built more than just a practice; he built a community grounded in trust, integrity, and a shared commitment to seeking justice and helping individuals and families improve their lives.

In addition to founding and growing the firm, Scott spent decades serving part-time with the public defender’s office, where he provided skilled and dedicated representation to those most in need. His impact on the legal profession and the lives of his clients has been both profound and enduring.

Although Scott is stepping back from daily practice, he will remain with the firm in an “of counsel” role, continuing to offer guidance, insight, and mentorship.

As we honor Scott’s remarkable career, we are proud to announce that Madison White and Marissa Luing are becoming partners of the firm. Together, we are committed to carrying forward Scott’s legacy and continuing the firm’s mission: seeking justice and helping individuals and families improve their lives.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us.

Sincerely,

Marissa & Madison
